If you don't already know, my name is Amanda. You may also call me Amanda Mae, Miss Mae or Daisy Mae - I respond to them all! My handsome hubby (Mr. B) and I hail from Minnesota - just outside of Minneapolis to be specific. We live in our first little home together with our Corgi/Cattle Dog mix puppy Fitzgerald (AKA Fitz, Fitzy, Fitzmeister Flex, Rascal, Pain-in-the-You-Know-What, Senor Floppy Ear, Colonel Floppy Ears).
Here's a little more about me:
- I have Type 1 (juvenile) diabetes. I was diagnosed when I was 15. There may be a rant on here every now and again about how much it sucks, so be forewarned! I am in a much better place right now than I have been in a long time with it, thanks to a great Endocrinologist and my new continuous glucose sensor (What up, Dexcom!)
- To fund my addiction to home decor and DIY, I spend my days as an administrative assistant
- My favorite color is green, but I just can't get myself to paint a room that color
- I love design of all kinds - photography, printables, home decor....if it's creative I will try it
